To get more control during the casting a perfect solution is a thermoregulated sleeve. We place extra cooling channels in your sleeve and connect them to a PID temperature controller. With this box you can set up the temperature of the sleeve between a min. and a max. temperature. If it pass the max. temperature cooling will start and when it pass the min. temperature the PID will stop.

Integral insert is designed to improve cost effectiveness in casting process.
Integral insert is delivered either with a specific-design shot sleeve or as a replacement part.
Integral insert is simply mounted into the sleeve body and designed for replacement directly on the casting machine when its working surface is worn out.
INTEGRAL INSERT CAN BE CHANGED BY THE CUSTOMER.
